Terms & Conditions
By booking and taking part in Pixel Pets And Portraits' photo sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment:
All photo sessions require a deposit upfront at the time of booking. This deposit is non- refundable. The deposit is then taken off the total amount of your bill. We do not offer refunds, unless on an occasion where we are unable to complete the photo session for whatever reason. The rest of the product total must be paid for on the day of the shoot via cash or card. The prices listed are in (GBP) pound sterling.
Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non- refundable. However the client may postpone their shoot date at any time for any reason up to 3 days before the scheduled shoot date. Any later than this will be treated as a cancellation.
The shoot:
Our priority is the safety and well-being of our subject that we are shooting. It is the clients/guardians responsibility to ensure that any directions given during the shoot meet with their approval as Pixel Pets And Portraits will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result.
Animals do not need extensive training to undertake a photoshoot but if the photographer deems that your pet is posing a potential threat to either the photographer or members of the public. Pixel Pets And Portraits reserves the right to end your photoshoot early.
Locations which are more than 20miles outside of Billingham incur travel costs at 45p per mile. If adverse weather conditions prevent the shoot from taking place, another date will be arranged. Your deposit will be carried over to the rescheduled date.
In the event of our own incapacity to work due to illness etc, every effort will be made to re-schedule for another date suitable to the client. However, if this isn’t possible, a full refund of the booking deposit will be given.
Any equipment damaged or broken by the client or the pet shall be paid for by the client themselves.
Copy right:
Pixel Pets and Portraits reserves the right to use photographs taken from your shoot in all forms of media, publication, or display purposes and/or sale, either via gallery shows, printed copies at events or contests. However, any image containing a person(s) will need written consent from the client, owner or guardian before being used.
I, the photographer, retain the entire copyright of all the photographs throughout the world, Except for pre-agreed commercial shoots.
Mobile Phones are prohibited during a photoshoot. If anyone is seen taking photos during the photoshoot this is classed as copyright. Photos must be deleted. If not, appropriate actions will be taken.
